  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be delivered either online or in person. Shorter formats, series or alternative structures can be discussed depending on your organisation’s needs.

  • Yes. Sessions focus on core aspects of health such as energy, stress regulation, digestion and long-term wellbeing. Topics such as women’s hormonal health can also be covered where relevant.
