  • I start by looking at how your body is working overall, not just individual symptoms. We connect the dots across food, lifestyle and key systems, and use testing where it’s useful. From there, we focus on what needs attention through a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan.

  • Yes. My work can sit alongside medical care, including IVF or IUI. I don’t replace medical treatment or clinical advice, I complement it by focusing on nutrition and lifestyle to support fertility and overall health alongside any treatment you’re receiving.

  • Yes. Many people have “normal” results but still have symptoms or are struggling to conceive. We look at what may be missed, such as thyroid function, nutrient status, gut health, genetics and key lifestyle factors and decide what to focus on next.

  • No. I work with clients online, so you can be based anywhere in the UK or internationally.
